Windsor Locks firefighters were dispatched to C&S Wholesale at 500 North St for a propane leak. A 1000 gallon cylinder was struck by a tractor trailer and knocked over, shearing off a valve on the top of the tank creating the leak. The propane service company was able to plug the leak and set up a controlled burn to removed the 400 gallons of propane that remained in the tank, so that the tank could be safely removed.
