Windsor Locks firefighters battled a structure fire on Friday afternoon at 245 South Elm Street. The fire caused extensive damage to the residence. A mutual aid engine company responded to the scene from Warehouse Point in East Windsor and a ladder company from Poquonock in Windsor.
