Windsor Locks High School students look on as EMT's and Firefighters remove a fatally injured victim of a simulated motor vehicle accident. The simulation staged at the high school on Thursday May 8th is part of the Shattered Dreams program which raises the awareness of the students to the reality of how serious drunk driving is and its fatal consequences. The simulated head-on accident is as real as it can get, from the fire department extricating a seriously injured driver, to a dead body being loaded into a hearse.
