Line of Duty Death

On December 31, 2003, the Windsor Locks Fire Department announced the passing of active Fire Chief Kenneth J. Jeffery. Kenny passed away in the line of duty while performing his job of Assistant Fire Chief at the Submarine Base Fire Department in Groton, CT. Signal 75 Radio Announcement

Kenny was not only our Chief, but a dear friend who will be truly missed by all the people he touched.
